Qualifications

• Demonstrated safety leadership capability for both self and team required.
• Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills required.
• Training in CAT and Sandvik underground equipment preferred.
• Experience with condition monitoring techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify mobile equipment defects and prioritize reliability improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork in the maintenance environment.
• Analyze equipment performance to assess reliability and maintainability.
• Provide training on root cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance.
