This entry-level role welcomes candidates with no mining experience and emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to report daily through basic math and science tasks.

The position requires shift rotation between nights and days, strong communication with Mine Operations, and a solid safety/performance record.

Qualifications

Entry level, no experience required in mining or operating equipment.
Able to read, write, and possess basic math and science skills to complete daily reporting requirements.
Reliable, consistent work history.
A basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and functions of haul trucks preferred.
Ability to communicate with all Mine Operations personnel required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision required.
Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance record required.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job required.
Experience operating 300-ton haul-trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely and effectively operate haul trucks.
