Job summary

Optimized Process Designs, LLC (OPD) is seeking a Civil Operator for a jobsite in Mont Belvieu, TX. You will safely operate heavy equipment, perform basic maintenance, and follow all safety and environmental guidelines on open pit projects.

The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a strong commitment to teamwork, procedural compliance, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of experience operating heavy equipment in construction/mining.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
• Adherence to safety policies and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines and procedures.
• Safely operate heavy mobile equipment on open pit mining projects.
• Perform basic service and maintenance on equipment.
• Identify and document potential job hazards following company policies.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
