Job summary

Power/mation is seeking an Open Order Specialist to support Inside Sales by tracking open orders, expediting issues, and coordinating fulfillment. This full-time role can be housed in Pewaukee, WI or Saint Paul, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain records, and support exceptional service. This is a collaborative environment that values teamwork and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or order management experience.
• Experience with Epicor Profit 21 / P21 is preferred.
• HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track status of customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and sales teams to confirm schedules and resolve delays.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inside sales, and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
• Expedite urgent orders and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot supply-chain bottlenecks with purchasing.
• Collaborate with sales and departments to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare regular open-order reports and assist with quarterly reviews.
• Perform additional duties to ensure a positive customer experience.
