Boxcar in Durham, NC is hiring a Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team operating a scratch-made, hand-tossed pizza program behind the scenes and for guests at the counter. You will sling dough, take orders at the open kitchen, and help manage prep and inventory while delivering friendly, genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen is great, and hand-tossing skill is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Sling dough and execute scratch recipes.
• Face the crowd and operate the POS when the kitchen is open.
• Feed large catering orders without slowing main line.
• Keep prep area tidy, manage inventory, and food safety.
• Do dishwashing, deep cleans, and closing duties.
