• Position, drape, clamp, tie, cauterize bleeders, and provide exposure with retractors.
• Maintain a dry field with suction, follow and cut sutures, and suture tissues.
• Demonstrate asepsis, proper infection control, and safety practices.
• Perform duties under the direct supervision of the surgeon.
