Bismarck Parks & Recreation District is seeking an Open Gym Supervisor to oversee Saturday and Sunday sessions during fall and winter. The role supports participants, ensures safety, and adheres to BRPD policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Age 14 and older.
• Must maintain a fitness level acceptable to perform the duties.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings during the season.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures with coordinators and schools.
• Arrive 15–30 minutes before Open Gym and complete opening checklist.
• Complete payroll/timekeeping paperwork during shifts.
• Represent BRPD professionally and submit reports on time.
