Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong debit/card payments domain expertise.
• Experience standing up and leading new programs.
• Deep Open Banking experience and governance.
• Prior Product Owner experience within financial services with Open Banking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Manager for Open Banking and Payments initiatives, owning backlog management and delivery execution.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and product requirements.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with alignment to business priorities and program timelines.
• Work with Architecture and Engineering to deliver scalable, compliant payment solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, creating detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate across business, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams to drive releases.
• Support implementation and enhancement of Open Banking capabilities, Payment Hub initiatives, and money movement solutions.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
