Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in word processing and formatting software, evidenced by application materials.
• Experience with online content management systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is advantageous and valued.

Responsibilities

• Add new materials to KU ScholarWorks and journals published by KU Libraries.
• Update journal configuration settings and assist testing/publishing software.
• Create and share statistical reports with editors and assist in applying to indexes.
• Format articles for publication and assist editors in the publication process.
