Job summary

Health Solutions is hiring an Open Access Clinician at our Crestone Recovery Services facility in Pueblo, CO. You will conduct assessments, develop initial treatment plans, and support clients across outpatient programs with compassionate care.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, Colorado clinical licensure or eligibility, and the ability to obtain credentialing within 2 years. A dynamic team environment and strong community collaboration await.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Colorado clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligible to obtain license.
• Willing/able to obtain candidate status with DORA within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient programs.
• Develop initial treatment plans and assist with risk evaluation and resources.
• Perform timely documentation of clinical services and maintain records.
• Collaborate on treatment planning with clients and team members.
• Represent Health Solutions with community partners and agencies.
