Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a senior operations leader to drive the OpCo, implementing policies across sales, customer service, quality control, purchasing, inventory, distribution and planning. The role supervises senior staff and guides the OpCo to achieve EBITDA, sales growth and financial targets within a defined geographic area.

Candidates should bring extensive experience in finance, accounting, operations or sales in foodservice, with a proven supervisory track record and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6-10 years' experience in finance, accounting, operations, and/or sales within foodservice industry. Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Planning and budgeting to achieve business objectives, coordinating functions between departments.
• Direct the preparation of the annual OpCo budget.
• Review financial statements and operating results; adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Lead overall supply chain management within the OpCo to ensure goals are met.
