Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in automated machine design or assembly.
• Proven ability to develop and implement automation roadmaps and ROI-driven investments.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year automation strategy aligned with growth.
• Build business cases and capital proposals for automation initiatives.
