Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL in Fayetteville, AR seeks a 2nd shift operator to support production on a fast-paced line. You will set up equipment, perform model changeovers, and ensure output meets quality standards.

The role requires SPC data collection, BOM following, and schedule adherence. You will document quality data, troubleshoot issues, and participate in Preventative Maintenance as needed, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Technical training or certification required.
• Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and determine root cause.
• Overtime may be required to meet production requirements.
• Maintains an acceptable attendance record to ensure timely work completion.

Main Tasks

2nd Shift Position

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capability to set up and produce product at acceptable quality levels.
• Ability to changeover equipment from model to model in predetermined times and produces products at acceptable quality levels.
• Perform SPC checks and maintain quality documentation.
• Knowledge to determine if equipment is not performing to standard.
• Knowledge to follow BOM and produce products to schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of proper use of hand tools.
• Ability to use and measure with precision measuring tools, calipers, micrometers.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and determine root cause of malfunction
• Performs activities in a positive and professional manner.
• Overtime may be required to meet production requirements.
• Maintains an acceptable attendance record to ensure timely work completion.
• Must have knowledge of and adhere to the current Quality and Environmental System requirements that relate to this job.
