Job summary

Wichita Falls is seeking an entry-level production team member to operate machine tools, participate in chemical processing, assembly, or packaging to meet production specifications and quality standards.

You will move and sort materials, monitor output quality, and maintain accurate daily records for performance analysis while supporting HR, data protection, and HSE compliance. Maintain equipment to minimize downtime and support continuous production improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/ cost/ wastage targets and quality standards
• Moving, packing and sorting of raw materials or finished goods
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Administering accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
• Supporting efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
• Supporting the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
