The role involves collaborating with medical oncology teams to care for a large patient population.
The Professional Nurse Coordinator is a Registered Nurse responsible for comprehensive patient care, utilizing independent judgment, and maintaining communication with patients, families, physicians, and community resources to promote outpatient health.
