Job summary

All Saints Grammar is seeking an OOSH Service Coordinator to lead our after-school program. You will design and run engaging activities, ensure safety and inclusivity, and manage day-to-day operations close to home.

You’ll harness your warm, engaging approach and your qualifications in Early Childhood or related fields to connect with children, educators and school leadership, while maintaining compliance and quality across the service.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood/Primary/SAC/Youth Work approved (essential).
• Vibe: warm, engaging, can-do attitude.
• Valid Working With Children Check and related safeguarding trainings; First Aid/CPR and Anaphylaxis & Asthma management (willing to obtain).
• Strong relationship building with children, educators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging activities: science experiments, sports, arts that kids want to do.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to maintain energy.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments and ratings with compliance support.
• Build strong connections with stakeholders to support integrated OOSH programs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

About your service: All Saints Grammar

Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.00- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• After School Care: 2:15 PM- 6:00 PM
• Hours: Monday to Friday. Guaranteed all school days.
• Travel: Work close to home
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
