V2X, Inc. is seeking a skilled specialist to operate and monitor the NALCOMIS legacy system and verify maintenance data accuracy. You will process daily submissions and backups, ensuring data integrity across hosts and OEM backups.

The ideal candidate has Navy maintenance data systems training, honors a DoD clearance, and holds a valid driver’s license. The role supports critical mission data and requires reliability and analytical rigor.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formally trained in Navy maintenance data systems incl. NALCOMIS and data processing.
• Completed Navy Course C555-2018 - O-level.
• Two years of experience in last five years as SA/A with Navy maintenance data system.
• Ability to obtain or maintain DoD secret clearance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to provide analytical information to the COR per CNAFINST 4790.2.
• Honorable discharge from military service required.

Responsibilities

This is a CBA/Union Positon.

Operate/monitor NALCOMIS Legacy system. Perform daily screening of Maintenance Action Forms (MAF) and Naval Flight Records (NAVFLIRS) for completeness and correctness. Process daily 3M submissions of MAF’s and NAVFLIRS to Data Services via email. Perform daily back-up of NALCOMIS database from Host system and restore to Alternate Host. Perform weekly full original equipment manufacturer (OEM) back-up last working day of each week. Perform periodic diagnostics and maintenance of NALCOMIS hardware.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Formally trained in Maintenance data Systems procedures to include NALCOMIS, data processing capabilities, and the techniques of statistical analysis.
• Must have successfully completed Navy Course C555-2018 - O-level.
• Two years of experience within the last five years, as a SA/A working with the Navy’s maintenance data collection system.
• Ability to provide the local expertise necessary to resolve system and functional related problems and ensure smooth operations related to NALCOMIS systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Departmnet of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance.
• Sufficient knowledge and experience to effectively conduct primary functions and responsibilities and to provide qualitative and quantitative analytical information to the COR in accordance with the CNAFINST 4790.2 (series).
• Candidates must have been released from military service with an Honorable Discharge to meet minimum qualifications.
