You’ll help generate new business, build relationships, and support the sales process from outreach to close, with hands-on training and mentorship as we scale.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving ad environment.
• Comfortable communicating with new clients and presenting proposals.
• Interest in sales, advertising, and media.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients (calls, emails, in-person when needed).
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of advertisers and agencies.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Learn our inventory (billboards + digital placements) and how to sell it effectively.
• Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities.
• Support senior sales team members on active deals.
• Track activity and progress.
