Noble People in New York seeks a Group Director, OOH to shape our approach to out-of-home media and ensure work is strategic, creative, and grounded in client goals.

You will lead the OOH practice across multiple clients, guiding strategy, planning, negotiation, buying, and post-campaign analysis, while mentoring a team and maintaining strong vendor relationships to deliver excellent execution.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of OOH media planning and buying experience.
• Experience leading OOH strategy, planning, negotiation, and execution across multiple clients.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams at multiple levels.
• Deep understanding of the OOH marketplace, formats, and pricing dynamics.
• Ability to translate client objectives into effective OOH strategies and recommendations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OOH strategy across assigned clients, translating business and communications objectives into clear, creative, and effective recommendations.
• Oversee OOH planning and buying from strategy and vendor evaluation through negotiation, contracting, execution, trafficking, reconciliation, and post-campaign analysis.
• Maintain senior relationships with OOH vendors and stay current on formats, inventory, pricing, technology, measurement, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide senior guidance on complex planning, negotiation, production, and execution challenges.
• Establish and maintain high standards for accuracy, quality control, financial management, and timely delivery of OOH work.
