Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a skilled Bartender for Onyx Bar & Lounge. You will prepare and serve an exceptional selection of wines, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails while engaging guests with personalized service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, upscale restaurant, or high-end bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of premium wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• A passion for hospitality and the ability to create engaging, personalized guest experiences.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Valid United States Work Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve an exceptional selection of wines, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails while maintaining recipe consistency and upholding Four Seasons service standards.
• Accurately process guest orders, including special requests and preferences, using the point-of-sale system to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, engage in meaningful interactions, and deliver attentive service that enhances the atmosphere of Onyx Bar & Lounge.
• Support daily bar operations through opening and closing duties, stocking, organization, and other side work to ensure an efficient and well-presented environment.
• Accurately handle guest checks, process cash and credit card transactions, and maintain compliance with all financial and operational procedures.

What you will do

• Valid United States Work Authorization
