Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Staff Performance Manager for an onsite manufacturing and warehouse facility in Shafter, CA. You will oversee workforce operations, recruit, onboard, manage employee relations, and coordinate safety initiatives.

The role requires at least 3 years in staffing in manufacturing/logistics, bilingual Spanish/English, and the ability to work independently across three shifts. Salary is around $70,304 with room for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of staffing industry experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Fluent bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience conducting orientations and presentations in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with employee relations, attendance management, payroll, compliance, and workforce management.
• Previous HR-related experience managing employee issues and performance concerns.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for associates, client leadership, and operational partners.
• Manage day-to-day workforce operations with limited supervision while supporting three shifts.
• Post and manage job openings, source candidates, and support order fulfillment efforts.
• Conduct facility tours, new hire orientations, and onboarding sessions in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate and administer pre-employment screening processes, including drug testing.
• Address employee relations matters, including coaching, counseling, attendance management, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.
• Process payroll, track attendance, and ensure wage and hour compliance.
• Monitor staffing levels and proactively identify workforce challenges and solutions.
• Promote and enforce safety standards while investigating incidents and documenting corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, SOPs, and workforce planning efforts.
