Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Staff Performance Manager for an onsite manufacturing and warehouse facility in Shafter, CA. You will oversee workforce operations, recruit, onboard, manage employee relations, and coordinate safety initiatives while acting as the primary onsite contact for associates and client leadership.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in staffing for manufacturing or logistics, fluent Spanish/English, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of staffing industry experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Fluent bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience with employee relations, attendance, payroll and compliance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision onsite.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for associates, client leadership, and partners.
• Manage day-to-day workforce operations across three shifts with limited supervision.
• Post openings, source candidates, and support order fulfillment.
• Conduct orientations and onboarding in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings including drug testing.
• Address employee relations issues including coaching and performance concerns.
• Process payroll, track attendance, and ensure wage/hour compliance.
• Monitor staffing levels and propose workforce solutions.
• Promote safety standards and document corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and workforce planning.
