Job summary

The RDRG Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Coordinator for a 3-month onsite contract. You will manage claims from filing to resolution, coordinating with employees, supervisors, medical providers and insurers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on workers’ compensation experience, multi-state claims handling, RMIS familiarity, strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Experience handling claims across multiple states/jurisdictions.
• RMIS experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel; Power BI helpful.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims from initial filing through follow-up and resolution.
• Work directly with employees, supervisors, medical providers and insurance adjusters.
• Monitor treatment, medical restrictions and employee work status.
• Coordinate light-duty and transitional work assignments.
• Partner with managers to help employees return to work safely and successfully.
• Maintain accurate and confidential claim files, documentation and reporting.
• Help ensure claims are handled in accordance with applicable workers’ compensation requirements.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on workers’ comp processes and procedures.
