Unify Health Services is seeking licensed health professionals to join our team as Industrial Health Clinicians in York, PA. This PRN role offers flexible, intermittent coverage Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m.

and 5:30 p.m., supporting workers’ compensation and disability services. Ideal candidates are Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants with active Pennsylvania licensure and a passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting

Competenze

• Active Pennsylvania licensure in related health field.
• Experience in workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation.
• Ability to conduct ergonomic assessments and early intervention services.

Mansioni

• Deliver on-site prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and early intervention services.
• Implement wellness initiatives tailored to the workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support employee health.
