Job summary

Unify Health Services in York, PA seeks licensed health professionals to join our team as Industrial Health Clinicians. This PRN role offers flexible, intermittent coverage Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m.

and 5:30 p.m., onsite at client sites. We hire Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants with active Pennsylvania licensure to deliver on-site prevention programs, ergonomic assessments, and wellness initiatives while collaborating with HR

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania professional licensure required for the applicable role (AT, PTA, or OTA).
• Experience delivering on-site health programs and wellness initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to perform ergonomic assessments and early interventions in workplace settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site prevention programs such as work simulations and job coaching.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and early intervention services.
• Implement wellness initiatives tailored to the workforce.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support employee health.
• Track and report program metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering on-site prevention programs such as work simulations and job coaching

• Tracking and reporting program metrics to evaluate effectiveness

Physical requirements:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
