Job summary

Integrated Wellness Partners is seeking a Fitness Services Associate to join the Fitness and Wellness Department in Bloomington, IL. The role focuses on delivering tailored exercise prescriptions, screenings, and wellness coaching to members.

You will supervise the fitness floor, conduct group classes, and ensure a safe, clean facility while maintaining client records and communications. Requires a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• NCCA certifications such as ACSM, NASM, etc. (from hiring requirements).
• Experience in exercise prescription and wellness coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized exercise prescriptions and health coaching.
• Perform pre-activity screenings and apply health risk stratification.
• Instruct medically-integrated group classes and document progress.
• Maintain safety and sanitation of the facility; supervise fitness floor.
• Support scheduling, client communications, and equipment upkeep.
