Job summary

Nemacolin in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands is seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to lead wedding and events sales from inquiry through execution on a 100% onsite basis. You will cultivate client relationships, coordinate with resort teams, and drive revenue through prospecting, property tours, and timely follow-through.

The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on event planning and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, event management, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead wedding and events sales from inquiry through execution onsite.
• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and timely communication.
• Cultivate new business through prospecting, tours, and market opportunities; convert inquiries to bookings.
• Coordinate with food & beverage, hotel operations, transportation, marketing, and resort teams to deliver on client expectations.
