Job summary

AmerisourceBergen is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Des Moines, WA facility. The role will lead warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with DEA regulations.

Expect to supervise staff, manage overtime, and coordinate with cage/vault personnel. Requires a four-year degree or equivalent, plus at least two years of related experience, strong leadership, and proficient use of Outlook/Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and performance of warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and stocking operations.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Maintains detailed records of deliveries and shipments.
• Manages overtime and attendance; supports inventory and physical counts.
