Job summary

Cyod is seeking a Security Representative I to join our Hanover Park, IL team on a fully onsite basis. The role operates 8am–4:30pm and includes W2 employment with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance, inspecting personnel on entry/exit, managing badge systems, and performing risk assessments and safety walks in warehouse zones. Prior asset protection and alarm system experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access-control or badge systems, and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit to uphold workplace safety and inventory integrity.
• Manage and process badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety walks of warehouse zones.
