Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, is hiring a Security Representative I – W2 for our Hanover Park, IL campus. You will play a key role in loss prevention, access control, and investigations to keep our warehouse safe and compliant.

You will monitor video systems, inspect people and vehicles, manage badge systems, and perform safety walks across shifts. Military or law enforcement background is a plus, but not required, with 3+ years in asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse, distribution, or high value environment.
• Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access control/badge systems, and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit. Upholding the integrity of a safe workplace environment and Insight inventory.
• Manage and process badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones.
