You will support cross-shift coordination and collaborate with security, operations, and HR. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years in asset protection or investigations, and experience with video surveillance and badge systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3+ years in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations.
• Hands-on experience with video surveillance and badge/access systems.
• Excellent communication and incident reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review video surveillance to detect and investigate activity.
• Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors at entry/exit.
• Manage badge/access control: creation, permissions, audits, monitoring.
• Perform risk assessments and safety walks of warehouse zones.
• Respond to theft or process breaches and coordinate with leadership/HR/law enforcement as needed.
