Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Security Representative II to be fully onsite at our Hanover Park, Illinois location. You will lead loss-prevention efforts, manage badge systems, and investigate incidents to safeguard inventory.

You will collaborate with security, operations, and HR in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in asset protection or investigations, strong communication and analytical skills, and hands-on experience with surveillance and access systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Hands-on experience with video surveillance, badge systems, and alarms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and review video surveillance to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit.
Manage badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones.
Respond to incidents of theft and process breaches; document findings and coordinate with leadership/HR/law enforcement as needed.
Assist in training teammates on asset protection protocols, access procedures, and video review requests.
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all investigations and interactions.
