Job summary

GM Defense is hiring for a Warehouse Distribution Associate in Concord, NC. This full-time, onsite role supports production by organizing materials, stocking parts, and ensuring timely delivery to kits and lines. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, and at least two years of forklift driving experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and shift changes is required. U.S. person status is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift driving experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain material in DLOCs
• Pick parts to kits
• Comprehend ship schedule and build requirements
• Maintain PFEP (DLOC, coord ULOC)
• Maintain visuals (with MIN/MAX) in DLOC, kit cells, and lineside
• Stock parts to ULOC for each build
• Report MIN/MAX violations (alarms) to MFU
• Count parts in DLOC, kit cell, and ULOC and report
• Participate in floor safety review
• Participate in quality reviews
• Assist Dock operations as needed
• Completes administrative tasks, and supports leadership team as needed
