Job summary

The Warehouse Distribution Associate role at GM Defense supports production operations at the Concord, NC facility on a full-time, onsite basis (1st Shift, 4-10’s). You will organize material, maintain inventory visuals, and ensure parts are available to meet build schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years forklift experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and are legally eligible to work as a U.S. Person. The role requires shift flexibility and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays as needed.
• U.S. Person status required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain material in DLOCs.
• Pick parts to kits.
• Understand ship schedule and build requirements.
• Maintain PFEP for DLOC and ULOC coordination.
• Maintain visuals (MIN/MAX) for DLOCs, kit cells, and lineside.
• Stock parts to ULOC for each build.
• Report MIN/MAX violations and alarms.
• Participate in floor safety and quality reviews.
• Assist Dock operations as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks and support leadership.
