Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead the dispensing and materials teams on-site. You’ll oversee daily operations, safety, accuracy, and inventory while supporting scheduling and training of staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership role in warehouse dispensing and materials departments.
• Oversee daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, and material delivery.
• Monitor performance to meet safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering and restocking.
• Collaborate with supervisors and planning on staffing.
• Lead daily huddles and training for CDS process.
• Assist with unloading materials and equipment.
• Escalate issues to supervision as needed.
• Ensure accurate packing slips and coordinate with shipping services.
• Support overtime/weekend rotations as needed.
• Promote operational excellence and customer service goals.
• Serve as peer resource on the production floor.
• Assist onboarding of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor leadership to warehouse staff.

• Participate in special projects.
• Promote and support company goals.

• Assist with onboarding new hires.
