Priority Tire in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse floor and drive productivity. You will own results, coach a team, and uphold safety and efficiency across shifts in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Forklift and forklift trainer certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and compliant workplace while monitoring KPIs.
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved.
• Coach and motivate team members; support cross-training and hands-on development.
• Assist with recruiting, employee selection, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve operational performance and team success.
