Job summary

Latitudeinc is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse IT Technician to support the configuration, handling, and tracking of computer hardware within a warehouse environment. This role combines hands-on technical work with inventory management to ensure accurate processing, storage, and deployment of IT equipment.

This role is fully onsite and offers a hourly wage. You will unbox and stage IT equipment, perform basic setup and imaging, and manage asset records.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse inventory processes and hardware handling.
• Ability to perform basic hardware setup and imaging.
• Familiarity with asset tagging and tracking in inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, inspect, and stage incoming IT equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals).
• Perform basic hardware setup, imaging, and configuration of devices.
• Install and upgrade components such as RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.
• Receive, label, and track IT assets using inventory management systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial numbers and asset tags.
• Organize warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of equipment.
• Prepare equipment for shipping, deployment, or disposal following company procedures.
