Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain warehouse equipment, inspect items for auction, and prepare listings for online auctions. The role requires basic IT knowledge and the ability to work onsite from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in Saint Peters, MO.

Responsibilities include scanning items, troubleshooting hardware, and ensuring data accuracy in listings, with opportunities for professional growth within the IT team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance of warehouse printers and peripherals.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test products for auction.
• Scan items into the system to create online auction listings.
• Search products online.
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings.
• Correct and complete auto-pulled information for each item.
• Meet quantity and quality goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
