Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Facility IT Support for its Saint Peters facility to maintain basic warehouse equipment and assist with auction listings. The role involves testing items, using auction software, and ensuring item data accuracy for uploads to the portal.

The candidate should be onsite Monday through Friday, with a focus on reliability and integrity. Qualified applicants have an associate degree or at least two years of IT experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stand for

Qualifications

• Must be onsite Monday–Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Must be tech-savvy and teachable.
• High level of integrity.
• Ability to stand and walk for hours.
• Ability to follow written directions and company policies.
• Associate degree or 2 years IT experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic maintenance of warehouse printers and peripherals.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test products for auction.
• Scan items into the system to create online auction listings.
• Search products online.
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings.
• Correct and complete auto-pulled information for each item.
• Meet quantity and quality goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
