Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking an on-site Facility IT Support in Akron, OH to maintain and troubleshoot warehouse equipment and to prepare items for online auction listings. The role includes scanning items, updating listing data, and ensuring accuracy of product information in the auction portal.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or 2 years IT experience, be able to stand for long periods, and follow established policies. This is a full-time hourly position.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
• Must be tech-savvy and teachable.
• Must have a high level of integrity.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours.
• Must follow written directions and company policies.
• Must have an associate degree, 2 years IT experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse printers and peripherals.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test items for auction.
• Scan items into the system to create online auction listings.
• Search products online and crop photos for listings.
• Correct and complete auto-pulled information for each item.
• Meet quantity and quality goals; perform other tasks as assigned.
