Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Winona, MN. This on-site role supports order fulfillment with handheld devices and inventory software to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, restocking, data entry, and maintaining high picking accuracy while following safety procedures. This position requires a High School diploma and basic computer skills, with physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs and team lifts of 50

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining mental focus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to count accurately and perform simple math functions.
• Ability to inspect materials and finished products for defects.

Responsibilities

• Receives finished goods from production and verifies description, quality and quantity.
• Restocks primary and secondary stock locations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Enters data into inventory systems with high accuracy.
• Fulfills customer orders from stock using a tablet and ensures items pass final quality checks.
• Maintains required picking accuracy and proper packaging.
• Participates in cycle counts and year-end inventory activities.
