Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Warehouse environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for warehouse employees across multiple shifts.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and deploy Windows workstations and related peripherals.
Support warehouse and mobile technology including RF handhelds and scanners.
Assist with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and related applications.
Support conference room tech and coordinate with IT teams/vendors as needed.
Document incidents in ServiceNow and manage IT equipment inventory.
