Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth, is hiring for a 100% onsite Warehouse Associate in Whitestown, IN. You will receive, stock, and assist with inventory at our pharmacy fulfillment site, supporting supply chain and ensuring accurate stock for patient delivery.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting items, unloading trucks, rotating stock, and using scanners and equipment safely. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adjust to changing priorities in a busy warehouse environment and work a flexible schedule when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate safely on the floor.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical motions for the whole shift, including bending, stopping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
• Able to read and distinguish small print.
• Experience with inventory tracking, warehouse operations, or the DSCSA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming products to make sure counts and quality are correct.
• Unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse and pharmacy.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues when they occur.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Complete inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed.
• Operate equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks, carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.
• Use computers and PDA scanners to enter data and locate inventory.
