Express Scripts Pharmacy in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Representative to support our inbound receiving process. You will receive and inspect shipments, unload trucks, and ensure accurate inventory data using handheld scanners and systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receiving experience required.
• Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming products to verify counts and quality per purchase orders.
• Safely unload trucks and move inventory within the warehouse and pharmacy locations.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues as they occur.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
• Perform inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed.
• Operate equipment safely, including pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and cutters.
• Use PDAs and computers to enter, track, and retrieve inventory data; perform data entry.
