Job summary

Grainger is hiring Warehouse Associates for full-time roles at the Kansas City, MO location. You will handle inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including unloading, sorting, labeling, packing, and auditing to support fast order fulfillment.

You must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 75 lb, standing for long periods, and working a 4x10 or similar shift. PIE equipment operation and strong teamwork are valued, with safety and reliability at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing).
• Ensure correct shipment of products to meet quality and delivery speed standards.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA and HazMat guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
