Job summary

Airbus is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the development, manufacturing, and sustainment of VTOL UAS. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and shepherd hardware projects from proposal to production launch in a 100% onsite role in the Columbia River Gorge area.

The position requires a BS in engineering, 10+ years in product development, and 5+ years as a project manager, with MS Project experience and knowledge of UAS technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering development and product design.
• 5+ years as a project manager leading multiple engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage master engineering project schedules and risk registers for diverse hardware programs.
• Develop and optimize project management processes and tools.
• Handle technical administration, EC documentation, and coordination tasks as needed.
