Job summary

Topgolf in Dallas, TX is seeking a Video & Motion Designer to craft video and motion content for paid media, social, in-venue experiences, digital marketing, and internal communications, all aligned to Topgolf brand standards.

You’ll lead the full post-production workflow, create motion graphics and kinetic typography, and deliver platform-specific 6–30 second ads for multiple channels, collaborating with Creative Directors, Designers, PMs and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years in video editing, motion design, or post-production.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Lead full post-production workflow: media management, color, audio, final delivery.
• Create motion graphics and kinetic typography for campaigns and social.
• Produce platform-specific ads (6–30s) for paid media and social.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Project Managers, Marketing partners, and external vendors.
• Organize media libraries and project files.
