CONNECTIVE Agency is looking for a full-time Motion Graphic Designer in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of professional design experience, strong skills in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio showcasing their artistic abilities. Responsibilities include creating motion graphics for varying projects from brand identities to animated videos. This position offers exposure to a diverse range of clients and projects, fostering rapid growth and collaboration within a creative team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional motion/graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, or similar collaborative environment.
• Motion graphics and animation experience in After Effects and other animation software.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital assets across digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions.

Responsabilités

• Bringing identity systems, logo suites, and brand guidelines to life through motion.
• Custom microanimations and interactive website elements.
• Social media campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing graphics brought to life through motion.
• Storyboarding animated explainer videos.
• Producing motion graphics and animation for videos and digital content.
• Creating interactive annual reports and publications.
