Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and develop marketing materials, align with brand standards, and support venue and national campaigns. You will work with the Creative and Marketing teams to implement brand-consistent collateral while maintaining efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience across print, digital, apparel, and packaging design. A collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong branding, typography, and print & web design experience.
• Experience with apparel, packaging and environmental design.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts from the Senior Graphic Designer into brand-aligned materials.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, ads and presentations.
• Maintain asset libraries and archives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Communications to deliver on deadlines.
• Ensure consistency with Brand Book across all projects.
