Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join the on-site care team. The role supports routine and specialized procedures across multiple species, assists with anesthesia, and ensures compliance with USDA, OLAW, FDA and AAALAC guidelines.

You will maintain medical records, collaborate with veterinarians and research staff, and participate in preventive health programs in a fast-paced, regulated laboratory setting. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent 2-year college education preferred.
• 1–2 years of animal care experience in a pre-clinical or clinical setting.
• Experience in a CRO environment with multi-species exposure preferred.
• CVT or RVT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized veterinary procedures for laboratory animals across multiple species.
• Assist with anesthesia administration and monitoring.
• Triage and assess clinical cases and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to USDA, OLAW, FDA, and AAALAC guidelines.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and research teams to ensure animal welfare.
